This powerful 9-week journey provides a foundation for ongoing and deep conversations, building relationships and strengthening women through connection, wisdom and guidance. The Four Square process provides an opportunity for you to take a deep dive into your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual self. These four areas heavily influence each other and are intimately connected. Having the ability to examine them individually and in light of scripture is a skill that will help you achieve healthy balance and wholeness. Dig deep and unearth your most valuable treasures by exploring, refining and ultimately understanding yourself better! Are you ready for an increase in your love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control?
